The infrastructure was developed to ensure operational control, continuity, and stability, also relying on certified partners that complement specific solutions.
AXL’s infrastructure was designed to keep operations running even in the face of technical disruptions. With UPS systems, a generator, and contingency mechanisms, the monitoring center remains operational during power outages or network instability.
AXL’s monitoring center is located in the Morumbi district of São Paulo, a strategic area that facilitates logistical access, technical support, and operational management. This location contributes to greater efficiency in service and closer proximity to clients and partners.
AXL adopts information security and data protection practices aligned with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Internal processes ensure that records, images, and operational information are handled with responsibility, confidentiality, and proper control.
